Important information regarding cholera epidemic

Important notice

Since patients with symptoms of cholera have appeared in Kathmandu Valley, because cholera can cause diarrhea and epidemics, the following precautions should be taken in all 1 no. We sincerely appeal to the ward residents.

Symptoms of Cholera

1. Increased thirst for water
2. Acute diarrhea and acute vomiting
3. Stool like stool

35 to 40 bowel movements per day

Fatigue and laziness due to low water content in the body

Low urine output

Treatment measures

1. Drinking water only by purifying, boiling or Chlorinating Water
2. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after urinating and before Eating
3. Do not eat stale food or rotten food, eat a clean and Balanced Diet
4. Regular attention to personal and Environmental Cleanliness
5. If diarrhea occurs, go to the nearest health facility and treat according to the advice of the Health Worker
